The integrated assembly is fully assembled and factory-calibrated for dynamic balance, eliminating the need for customers to perform welding or tooling assembly themselves, thereby saving time and effort during installation.
The main shaft is manufactured through a seamless steel pipe integral forming process with reinforced structure: the tube wall is thickened, both ends are forged and enlarged, and subjected to quenching and tempering treatment for impact resistance and anti-bending performance.
The spiral misalignment tool holder arrangement features alternating left and right spiral slots for tool insertion, ensuring uniform cutting force distribution, minimal machine vibration, and reduced tractor load.
The thickened welding tool holder features double-sided full-weld reinforcement, providing extensive welding coverage and ensuring durability under prolonged heavy-duty operation without welding failure or tearing.
The blade features wear-resistant durability: the standard model undergoes full quenching; the stone variant has a welded wear-resistant layer at the edge, offering high hardness and resistance to sand and gravel abrasion.

Working principle
The tractor's power output shaft (PTO) transmits power to the rotary tiller's gearbox, which drives the blade roller assembly to rotate horizontally while the blades continuously cut through the soil via circular motion.
The blades penetrate the soil layer, cutting soil clumps, grass roots, and crop residues while breaking up large soil masses; spirally arranged blades continuously turn and displace soil, causing it to break apart upon impact in mid-air; during operation, they simultaneously mix straw and farm manure while crushing weed roots; the rear baffle/compaction roller system further refines soil particles, completing multiple processes-including rotary tillage, soil fragmentation, weeding, and fertilizer mixing-in a single pass; the specialized assembly for stone fields features a thickened blade body and a flow-dividing structure that buffers impact from stones, enabling effective soil fragmentation and stone burial while minimizing blade damage.

1. For conventional farmland cultivation, perform rotary tillage for rice, wheat, corn, and soybean crops; break up soil particles, return straw to the field, mix base fertilizer thoroughly, and prepare the land before sowing.
2. For economic crop fields such as peanut, sweet potato, ginger, vegetable, and tobacco bases, perform fine soil fragmentation to ensure optimal growth conditions for tuber crops.
3. Perform soil loosening and weeding between rows in orchards, nurseries, and garden orchards; prepare the nursery site, ensuring that narrow specialized equipment does not damage the root systems of fruit trees.
4. For sloping lands and abandoned farmland in mountainous or hilly areas containing gravel, shale, or crushed rock, utilize stone-reinforced blade roller assemblies for land reclamation and restoration.
5. Greenhouses and facility agriculture: 1.0–1.5 m wide modular units with flexible internal orientation; small ridges are installed in vegetable gardens and strawberry greenhouses.
