1. Key Points of Daily Maintenance
Cleaning Check: Clear the surface of the equipment daily and check whether each connection part is loose
Cool System: Ensure stable cooling water flow (50-300L/hour) and descale regularly
Lubrication Maintenance: Use gas-oil lubrication for, and keep the pressure at 4-7kg/cm²
Electrical System: Check insulation resistance (≥2MΩ) weekly to prevent short circuits
2. Operation Procedures
Start-up Sequence: Start the cooling system first → Lubrication system → Hot air system (if equipped) → Finally start the main motor
Control: Feed slowly and evenly after the centrifuge reaches a stable speed to avoid impact imbalance
Emergency Handling: Stop the machine immediately to check if there is abnormal or noise during operation
