Product Introduction
A paste-slurry preparation machine is a specialized, continuous-operation system designed for producing high-concentration, paste-like slurries. It processes a mixture of cement, fly ash, coal slime, bentonite, additives, and water through forced mixing, shearing, and dispersion. The resulting product is a highly viscous, stable paste that resists segregation and can be fed directly into a paste pump for injection or transport. The equipment is typically designed as an integrated, skid-mounted unit, comprising systems for powder conveying, gravimetric proportioning, primary slurry preparation, storage and agitation, PLC-based electrical control, and hydraulic operation.
