Structural composition

 

1. Machine frame and drive system: Heavy-duty machine frame four independent variable frequency motors, each driving one of the parallel centrifugal rolls, rotating at a high speed in pairs (speed can reach thousands of revolutions per minute), equipped with precision transmission and cooling seals

 

2.rifugal roller assembly: Roll surface / edge with special flow channels or nozzles, often with an internal cooling water jacket to prevent high-temperature deformation

 

3. ring and airflow system: Circular air duct around the roller, providing high-speed secondary air to assist the stretching and cooling of the melt, and blowing the fiber towards the collection chamber

 

4. Central spray glue / binder system: Spraying phenolic resin and other binders synchronously during fiber formation, facilitating subsequent curing andolding

 

5. Feed chute: Uniformly guiding the high-temperature melt flowing out of the furnace to the working area of the first centrifugal roller

 

6. Cooling and protection system: Roll internal water cooling, shell insulation, preventing equipment damage from high temperature and ensuring operation safety

Working principle

 

 

 

High-temperature molten ore rocks (basalt, diabase, etc.) are poured out of the furnace and accurately on the first high-speed rotating centrifugal roller through the chute

The powerful centrifugal force throws the melt along the roller surface, preliminarily stretching into a thin belt; the next three pairs of rollers accelerate step by step and further stretch it

The high-temperature/room temperature high-speed airflow by the air ring continues to stretch the fiber on the one hand, and quickly cools the fiber to fix its shape on the other hand; meanwhile, the spraying system evenly the binder

The formed rock wool fibers are transported to the cotton collection chamber by the airflow, spread into a uniform cotton felt, and then made into finished wool boards/pipes through curing, cutting and other processes.
