4. Strong workpiece compatibility: Versatile for various components including circular coils, square cores, rectangular busbars, elongated tubes, and special-shaped windings; adjustable size range supports processing of workpieces with diverse lengths and dimensions.
Working principle
Constant-force feeding of insulating materials: The equipment is equipped with a dedicated feeding mechanism for placing insulating tapes and paper rolls, combined with an adjustable tension damping system that maintains the insulation material under constant tension without stretching or relaxation, preventing deformation, wrinkling, or breakage, and ensuring uniform and stable feeding.
Precise workpiece clamping and positioning: Use adjustable fixture assemblies and clamping mechanisms to secure workpieces such as coils, cores, and busbars for processing, align their center positions, prevent displacement or vibration, and ensure the winding process achieves required concentricity and flatness.
Rotational coating molding: The rotary head is driven by a servo or variable-frequency motor to rotate the winding mechanism around the workpiece or to rotate the workpiece itself, ensuring uniform application of insulating material over the workpiece surface, thereby completing the basic insulation coating process.
Axial precision travel mechanism: The CNC-driven travel mechanism moves axially synchronously with rotational motion, enabling the system to precisely control the ratio between travel speed and rotation speed. It strictly regulates the overlap width and lap gap of the insulating tape to achieve uniform lapping and seamless coverage, eliminating defects such as missed coverage, excessive edge overlap, or misalignment.
Intelligent Parameter Control: Pre-set winding layers, winding length, overlap rate, travel speed, and start/stop positions in the touch system. The equipment automatically completes the entire operation and stops when the preset parameters are met.
Production efficiency far surpasses manual labor: Through continuous automated operations, there is no need for repeated manual winding, comparison, or adjustment, achieving 6–12 times higher operational efficiency than manual methods. It supports large-scale assembly line production and significantly enhances manufacturing capacity.
Original performance characteristics of protective insulation materials: uniform and constant force application without pulling or compressing the insulation material, preventing issues such as thinning, cracking, or insulation failure caused by uneven manual application, thereby maximizing the preservation of the material's electrical properties.
Process standardization and traceability: All part coating parameters adhere to unified standards with no manual variations, ensuring consistent batch quality for effective factory quality control, process stabilization, and product traceability.
