Working principle
The winding film passes through guide rollers, a damping mechanism, and a tension adjustment assembly, with resistance generated by mechanical damping or electromagnetic braking.
Adjust the resistance level using the knob or electronic control panel to modify the pulling force during membrane extrusion, thereby controlling tension levels.
During operation, the membrane frame moves up and down with the main unit while the workpiece rotates on the turntable; the tension remains consistently stable, ensuring uniform coverage of the cargo surface by the membrane.
It automatically compensates tension under both low-speed and high-speed operating conditions, preventing the membrane from becoming loose, rupturing, or causing compression damage to goods.
