Working principle
The workpiece travels at a constant speed along the conveyor line until it reaches its designated position, where the limit mechanism locks the material in place; the annular winding ring rotates circumferentially around the material, while the pre-stretching unit stretches the winding film according to a predetermined ratio; the device can be integrated with lifting/translation mechanisms to move the ring vertically, achieving comprehensive wrapping in both vertical and circumferential directions; photoelectric sensors count the number of winding turns, and upon reaching the set number of layers, the electric heating film-cutting mechanism automatically clamps and thermally cuts the film, completing one winding cycle before the conveyor releases the material for the next workpiece.
Adapted for continuous production on an assembly line with fully automated online winding, achieving significantly higher efficiency than single-machine winding.
The renovation cost is low; no replacement of the existing packaging line is required-installation of this device alone enables automated coating.
The packaging exhibits high consistency with uniform number of wrapping layers and tightness, and standardized outer packaging, facilitating storage and maritime transportation.
