The system consists of a load-bearing turntable, lifting columns, a pre-stretched film frame, a PLC-based multi-layer programming control system, photoelectric height measurement components, and a variable-frequency drive system, enabling a complete multi-layer winding process.
Good positioning: The forklift places the pallet cargo at the center of the turntable and manually secures the film head. Bottom multi-layer reinforcement wrapping: The equipment rotates at low speed, with the program setting to wrap multiple layers around the bottom of the pallet; these layers of film are stacked and locked to prevent slippage during transport. Middle section multi-layer packaging: As the film frame rises along the column, two or three additional thickened wrapping zones can be configured to apply multiple layers of film around the cargo's center of gravity, enhancing overall securing force. Top multi-layer sealing wrapping: Upon reaching the cargo's apex, the system automatically performs comprehensive wrapping with top film coverage to shield against rain and dust. Reciprocating multi-layer stacking (optional): High-end models support vertical reciprocating wrapping along the column, achieving full coverage of double or triple layers. Slow-stop completion: After wrapping is finished, the turntable decelerates and stops, cutting the film to complete the multi-layer packaging. Assembly-line version: Features automated feeding via a conveyor line, automatic film cutting, and continuous multi-layer packaging without manual intervention.

The packaging is robust, effectively preventing the formation of strong bundles during long-distance transportation when loose cargo is stacked in multiple layers of film. This design mitigates risks associated with land transport vibrations, maritime container shaking, poor stability during multi-level warehouse stacking, and handling of bulk cargo, significantly reducing freight losses.
