Working principle

The grinding vessel is loaded with grinding balls and the material to be ground, tightly sealed, and fixed at the main unit station of the ball mill. During operation, the vessel undergoes both orbital and rotational planetary motion (or roller rolling), while the internal grinding balls continuously impact, crush, and rub the material under the combined effects of centrifugal force, frictional force, and impact force.
