This design significantly reduces grass entanglement resistance, lowers tractor fuel consumption, and eliminates the need for shutdowns for cleaning.

Working principle
Power input: The tractor's PTO power output shaft delivers power to the central gearbox, where bevel gears and spiral gears perform first-stage reduction and direction reversal, converting high-speed, low-torque power into low-speed, high-torque output to the transmission pairs at both ends of the main shaft.
Torque transmission: The hexagonal through-shaft ensures seamless, slip-free engagement across all six faces, synchronously driving all tool holders and rotary tiller blades to rotate uniformly in a circular path without torque loss at segmented flanges, maintaining consistent rotational speed throughout the entire plowing width.
Cultivation operation: The rotary plow blade cuts into the soil layer, simultaneously performing soil cutting, fragmentation, dislodging, and mixing of straw and weeds; the paired stationary and rotating blades form a shearing mechanism that automatically severs entangled straw and roots during rotation, preventing shaft seizure or rotational blockage.
Overload protection: The gearbox features built-in safety shear bolts and a friction clutch that automatically release or slip when subjected to hard impacts from rocks or tree roots, preventing reverse forces and protecting the main shaft, gears, and tractor power system from damage.
Sealing lubrication: Dual-end labyrinth seals with double-lipped fluororubber oil seals prevent mud and sand ingress, while the gearbox oil bath lubricates bearings and gears to ensure continuous operation under heavy loads without oil depletion or impurity contamination.

1. For dryland cultivation of wheat, corn, soybeans, and peanuts under crop rotation systems, perform land preparation by crushing straw and returning it to the field, implementing stubble removal with rotary tillage to break compacted soil layers, and completing soil fragmentation, fertilizer mixing, and land leveling in a single operation, making it suitable for large-scale farms on plains.

4. For rocky mountainous and hilly areas with heavy loads, adopt a high-impact-resistant structure for the main load-bearing axis; for farmland slopes with abundant gravel or tree roots, implement overload protection to prevent fracture of the main axis, making it suitable for rural households and cooperatives in mountainous regions.
5. The vegetable greenhouse and seedling cultivation base employ a slightly wider, lightweight main shaft assembly to perform shallow tillage on fine soil, creating loose seedling soil free from large clumps, thereby meeting the requirements for precision vegetable cultivation.
