Working principle
Traction rotation: The tractor drives the entire unit forward, while the soil-breaking roller rotates passively at a constant speed due to ground friction; the segmented floating structure adapts to surface elevation variations for optimal alignment, eliminating any areas of missed cultivation caused by elevated sections.
Tooth ring fragmentation: The roller body features an interlaced arrangement of heat-treated curved soil-breaking tooth rings. During rolling, the tooth tips cut into soil masses and crush large clumps through a combination of compression, shearing, and kneading forces; the spiral interlocking configuration counteracts lateral pulling forces, ensuring uniform force distribution and preventing deviation of the crushed soil.
Straw crushing and soil mixing: The protruding cutting edges process residual corn, wheat, and sunflower stalks, incorporating the crushed straw into the soil surface layer to accelerate decomposition and prevent straw accumulation from hindering seedling establishment.
Self-cleaning anti-adhesion: The perforated cage structure combined with gap-shaped flow channels ensures automatic detachment of wet clay and sludge, preventing caking on rollers; coupled with continuous downward pressure from floating springs, it maintains a stable soil crushing depth of 40–80 mm.

1. After harvesting major food crops such as wheat, corn, and rice, return the straw to the field and prepare the soil; before spring or autumn sowing, compact the soil by breaking up clods and leveling the surface; for saline-alkali soils, perform deep plowing followed by fine fragmentation of the soil layer to improve fertility and retain moisture while preventing alkalinization.

3. For orchards, nurseries, and garden landscapes: perform rotary tilling between rows followed by soil fragmentation and weeding; for seedling nurseries, conduct shallow land preparation by loosening the topsoil without damaging the root systems of seedlings; for green spaces, clear and fragment hard soils as well as construction waste-blended soils.
4. Special soil types: Heavy clayey and waterlogged areas: Address issues of wet mud clogging rollers and difficulty in breaking soil clumps; Rocky mountainous areas and hilly terraces: Use buffer structures to withstand stone impacts, and floating structures suitable for slopes; Sandy arid lands: Water injection can increase soil weight, while moderate compaction helps retain moisture and reduce evaporation.
