Working principle
Power transmission: The tractor's Power Take-Off (PTO) shaft drives the ends of the blade shafts via the rotary tiller gearbox, causing the entire shaft to rotate uniformly; Soil cutting: The heavy-duty cultivation blades arranged helically on the shaft rotate at high speed around the main shaft, utilizing their edges to cut, impact, and turn soil; Compound tillage: As the tractor moves forward while the blade shaft rotates, a combined motion is achieved, enabling the blades to penetrate deep hard soil, sever tree roots, rocks, and weed stems; Residue burial and grass removal: The blades are arranged in a crosswise and staggered pattern to crush weeds and straw and bury them deep in the soil, with adjacent blade discs guiding each other to prevent weed entanglement around the main shaft; Leveling and deep plowing: Multiple layers of blade discs operate simultaneously, completing multiple tasks-including land preparation, deep plowing, soil fragmentation, residue removal, and weed control-in a single operation, ensuring uniform tillage without any missed areas.
