The tool consists of three main components: the handle mounting section, the blade bending section, and the hard alloy wear-resistant tip. It balances the toughness of steel with the ultra-high hardness of hard alloy, specifically addressing the common issues of rapid wear and frequent blade replacement in ordinary manganese steel tools used on gravelly, compacted, or rocky terrain. Composite structure: The matrix of high-manganese steel provides impact resistance and bending strength; the tungsten alloy cutting edge offers exceptional wear resistance, combining both toughness and durability – unlike all-alloy blades that are prone to chipping and ordinary manganese steel that wears easily. High-hardness wear-resistant layer: The carbide layer achieves a hardness of HRA90 or higher, far exceeding that of quenched manganese steel (HRC50–58), with outstanding resistance to sand and gravel abrasion. Integrated brazing process: High-temperature vacuum brazing ensures seamless bonding between the alloy sheet and steel matrix, preventing detachment under impact. Versatile design: Suitable for straight knives, curved knives, field cultivation knives, paddy field knives, and orchard grass-cutting knives, available in left-hand and right-hand configurations. Thickened reinforcement structure: The blade body is reinforced with additional thickness and back ribs, providing excellent resistance to bending and impact while eliminating fracture risks.

Working principle

The power output of the rotary tiller drives the blade roller to rotate at high speed, with the hard alloy cutting edge moving circumferentially to cut into the soil layer. The alloy edge cuts and breaks compacted soil masses, sand, gravel, straw, and grass roots; the curved blade body throws soil backward. Under high-speed rotation, the alloy layer continuously resists frictional wear from sand and gravel, maintaining a sharp cutting edge. The handle's high-manganese steel base withstands impact loads well-it does not fracture easily upon impact with rocks, and the alloy layer experiences only minimal wear without overall edge failure.

1. Implement high-standard field cultivation of corn, wheat, and soybean with straw return to soil and stubble removal followed by rotary tillage; perform reclamation of heavy loam soils and compacted farmland in a single pass without requiring secondary land preparation.
2. In environments with abundant gravel/sand on riverbeds, sandy hillsides, gravelly slopes, or newly cultivated hilly areas, ordinary blades are prone to rapid wear, while alloy blades significantly reduce the replacement frequency.
3. For orchards and nurseries, perform grass fragmentation, soil loosening, and root clearance between rows; these areas typically contain abundant weeds and fine tree roots, requiring tools that are wear-resistant, non-tangling, and gentle on fruit tree root systems.
4. In wasteland and reclaimed land, weeds grow abundantly with mixed tree roots and rocks; the treatment of fragmented tree roots and hard soil fragments demonstrates high efficiency.
