Raw Material Preparation and Batching
Basalt, dolomite, and other minerals are crushed, weighed, and conveyed through an automated batching system to ensure precise proportioning before entering the melting stage.

Melting Furnace (Cupola or Electric Furnace)
The raw material mixture is melted at temperatures above 1400 °C, forming a homogeneous molten mineral suitable for fiber production.

Centrifugal Fiberizing
The molten material is fed into a four-roller or six-roller centrifuge, where it is spun at high speed and drawn into fine, continuous mineral wool fibers.

Binder and Additive Spraying
During fiber formation, a controlled spray of binder, anti-dust oil, and water-repellent agents is applied to the fibers. This stage is critical in determining the final product's strength, durability, and hydrophobic properties.

Pendulum Fiber Collection and Layering
A pendulum distribution system evenly deposits the fibers onto a moving conveyor, creating a uniform and layered fiber mat that ensures consistent density and mechanical strength.

Curing Oven and Board Formation
The fiber mat passes through a curing oven with circulating hot air, where the binder undergoes polymerization and hardening, forming rigid rock wool boards.

Thickness Control and Cooling
Compression rollers adjust and stabilize the board thickness, followed by a controlled cooling stage to maintain dimensional stability and target density.

Longitudinal and Cross Cutting
Automated cutting systems trim the boards to the required length and width specifications with high precision.

Edge Processing (Chamfering, Grooving, Edge Trimming)
Additional processing such as chamfering, grooving, or edge finishing can be applied to meet the requirements of external wall insulation systems, façade applications, and other construction uses.

Stacking, Packaging, and Dust Control
Finished products are automatically stacked, wrapped, and prepared for storage or shipment. The entire production line is supported by dust collection and exhaust gas treatment systems to ensure environmental compliance and clean operation.
