Working principle
- The rock wool board is fed between the upper and lower diamond rollers via a conveyor.
- The upper and lower rollers rotate at high speed in the same direction (with the linear speed synchronized to the production line).
- The diamond abrasive grains perform micro-cutting, scraping and compaction on the surface of the rock wool, removing the loose layer and protrusions.
Product Features
Thickness-set grinding: Precisely grind the upper and lower surfaces of the rock wool board to control the thickness tolerance (±0.5~1mm) and ensure uniform consistency of the board.

Surface leveling: Remove burrs, protrusions, adhesive nodules, and brittle fiber layers from the surface of the rock wool board to achieve a smooth and dense board surface.

Edge Trimming / Chamfering: Can be equipped with a side grinding wheel to simultaneously polish the side of the plate, remove burrs, and facilitate packaging and construction.

Strength enhancement: Through rolling and grinding, the sheet material is compacted to increase its density, thereby improving the compressive and flexural strength of the rock wool board.
