Working principle
Feeding Conveyance: Variable-frequency conveyor belts paired with segmented elastic pressing rollers feed rock wool boards at a constant speed. The pressing rollers adapt to variations in board thickness to prevent deviation, warping, edge gnawing and tail scraping of boards;
Thickness Setting Adjustment: Input the target thickness via the numerical control system, and the sanding rollers automatically lift, lower and lock the processing height to standardize grinding removal and ensure uniform thickness across the entire board;
Cross Uniform Sanding: High-speed abrasive belts rotate with sand rollers and work in tandem with an opto-pneumatic swing mechanism. The abrasive belts swing slightly left and right repeatedly to form cross grinding textures and eliminate uneven single-point sanding depth. Coarse sand rollers first level protrusions, while fine sand rollers perform precision polishing. Double-layer sanding delivers smooth and even board surfaces;
Synchronized Dust Recovery: The fully enclosed sanding bin is equipped with a pulse dust removal system that extracts rock wool fiber dust in real time, preventing accumulated cotton flocks from scratching the board surface;
Brush Cleaning: Rear-mounted dust removal brush rollers sweep away residual loose cotton on the board surface, producing flat and clean finished boards upon discharge.
