Working principle

 

# Variable Frequency Flexible Feeding
Segmented spring rubber pressing rollers clamp and convey boards section by section, with variable frequency control over feeding speed. Low-pressure flexible clamping prevents soft rock wool from collapsing under extrusion as well as edge chipping and uneven board ends, allowing boards to move smoothly and uniformly into the sanding station.

# CNC Precision Thickness Setting & Positioning
Input the target board thickness via the human-machine interface; servo-driven sanding frames automatically lift, lower and lock the sanding gap with real-time closed-loop fine-tuning to fix the cutting depth, ensuring consistent thickness across the entire batch of boards.

# Two-Stage Cross Fine Sanding
The coarse sanding unit quickly levels height differences on board surfaces, while the fine sanding unit delivers delicate polishing. Sanding belts are equipped with left-right reciprocating swing mechanisms for cross sanding that eliminates blind sanding zones, resulting in smooth and refined board surfaces.

# Intelligent Anti-Deviation Correction for Sanding Belts
High-precision photoelectric sensors monitor sanding belt positions in real time, and dust blowing devices stop sensor probes from malfunctioning due to dust buildup. Pneumatic mechanisms instantly and automatically correct any belt deviation to avoid belt tearing and uneven sanding.

# Synchronous Negative Pressure Dust Removal
The sanding zone adopts a fully enclosed chamber. A high-power dust extraction fan continuously generates negative pressure to suck rock wool dust and fibers, capturing dust generated during sanding immediately without fiber leakage.

# Continuous Finished Board Discharge
High-precision rock wool boards after sanding are automatically discharged. The equipment can be connected to cross-cutting machines, film laminators and automatic stacking machines to achieve uninterrupted continuous precision processing on production lines.
